I had amazing experience at Shapewell ladies fitness center. I am really enjoying my experience there! The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is really welcoming. The facilities are clean and up to date, with plenty of quality equipment to choose from. Additionally, the classes are personalized so that each member can get the attention they need to reach their fitness goals. Overall, I would highly recommend this gym to any woman who is looking for a place to get fit and healthy!

Very good and friendly gym coaches. Santhoshi trains and guides very well and Jyothi encourages helps in achieving the daily workout goals. A good place for women to workout and hygienic. They teach floor excercise, stick, ball, steppers everything for a reasonable fee.

Good gym for all ages women. Personally i felt the change in my body and reduced weight along with gym and diet. Could improve more if more equipments be added. Aerobics, yoga, exercises with stick were totally helpful.

I am really grateful to find this gym coz it makes me feel healthy and i get the confidence too. It would be very good to love gym if you have that determination to get fit and i am loving this gym so much coz I find it so comfortable because of the trainers over here. Jyothi garu and Santoshi garu really gives us quality spending of time in the gym. They patiently tells us to do floor exercises,ball exercises , steppers, stick exercises and yoga too at times.

It's very comfortable. I recommend this gym for the beginners. Very cooperative and friendly staff. Flexible timings. Various programs are available, we can choose according do our body type and interest.

Worst experience and so moving out pretty soon. They claim this to be air conditioned gym and ac is always off. When asked for they will on it and AC's don't seem to work properly. Sometimes the threadmill doesn't work and sometimes cross trainer doesn't . Gym owner seems to be be nice but is never open to complaints. Suggest her to be open for feedback which will help her to get more customers and in that way she won't lose old customers.

The best in vizag. Clean and hygenic. Staff and trainers are extremely supportive and helpful, I have a great time there. The gym has all facilities one could ask for, cleanest showers, dressing rooms and a ton of equipment. Wouldnt change a thing. Im happy that Im a member!
