This centre has always given me the desired and positive results..Along with the offered Diet guidance and consultancy + the comfortable/friendly atmosphere, makes it the best fitness centre in town , for me. I visited Dimple Mam for yoga around 5 years back as I had severe lower back ache. I did yoga for around 2-3 years on and off. I got a lot of relief. Mam has a great amount of knowledge about all the yoga postures for any particular problem. The atmosphere there is always jolly and Dimple Mam take care of each member that joins Shape Up as a part of her family. Highly recommended for everyone be it for yoga, aerobics, weight management!!
