Joining Shape Up Gym was the best decision. I am having a great experience here. In the first month itself I lost around 6-7 kgs that was a big achievement for me. The trainer motivated me all along and in 3 months I have lost around 12 kgs and I'm still continuing my fitness journey here. The facilities provided are best, it is spacious, there are dedicated spaces for aerobics and strength exercises. The machines are approriate for all kind of exercises. The trainers are very knowledgeable and experienced. I was well trained and diet chart provided was very effective. It's the best gym in Gorakhpur.

Completely love this place. Trainers are very courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and give their 100% when it comes to fitness and proper client education. They will assist you whenever required. The gym possess really very healthy and familier ambience which makes it a great place for excercise . Very friendly team who make me actually want to go train. What I really like about the team is that they give the tips and tricks to get the most out of your every work out.. this is my first gym n initially i ws hesitant while joining it, but the trainers helped me a lot. The trainers as well as the seniors are very supportive n its well-equiped with all kinds of machines! I would highly recommend it!! N don't just search gyms sitting at your home, judging them; go n visit them n at the end its YOU, who has to put in efforts not the trainers or anyone else....
