They have sufficient weights and machines for most types of exercises. Equipments for cardio are of good quality. Trainers are reliable and they know their stuff. Ladies can also workout without any issue. The gym stays open till 10:30 PM which is a great convenience for people who come home slightly late from work. The gym has a changing room and toilet as well. I find it value for money. The only drawback, though, is that space is slightly cramped.
