Even though some of the rides are not operational, they sell the tickets and don't refund the money.

Very near from Pune (26 kms), cool and calm place surrounded by Khadkwasala backwater and lush greenery. Sweet music of chirping birds. Nice, tidy, clean rooms, very polite and helpful staff and tasty Maharashtrian food. Fish, rabbit make the place lively and natural. Activities like zip lining, Burma bridge crossing, rainwater dance add flavour to our stay. Really worth to stay for a night and a day or two to relax yourself with family.

Excellent Hospitality. Also enough personal space and quite ambience. Good recreational and adventurous sport facilities. Overlooking Lake. Last but not the least Vegetarian Food. They also serve Jain food on request.

- Food is awesome, pure veg with unlimited food. Mr. Ajith shine was managing restaurant really well.
- Staff are friendly, helping and cooperate.
Unlimited games to kids, you can find Trampoline slide swing.
- Calm place to spend quality time with family.
Improve:
- Lot of Misquotoes, need to collect Misquotoe repellent from security.
- No access to touch water, it will be good if there is a way to go near water.
- No toothpaste and shampoo in the cottage.
Love this place, its quite romantic for couples. This place is mostly famous for halls and school picnics but if you go there by reservation and ask if any trip is going to happen that day, it would be better. There was no trip when we went so it was mostly empty and the nature there was soo good.

There is a Small science museum and some other museum and children's play area, needs some repair and cleaning though. I guess if you book for school trip they would clean it.
It is next to lake but we were not able to go till the water, i dont know if you can go till the lake but we didn't find a way because the place is too big.
We booked hall and 2 rooms for family function on 3rd Dec'22.
Care taker gave excellent service but manager counted all persons including driver and photographer who never ate.
They are also doing fraud with Govt by giving GST invoices for other services when we got some other services. I am sure that they are not depositing GST to govt.

There is no misunderstanding. Kindly check booking details mentioned in review and also subsequent emails sent for providing correct GST invoices which were never replied by you. Kindly revert to those emails instead of threatening customers publicly.
