Shanti Nivas - Hotel in Chandipur - Baleshwar, India

Had been to the place more than once. Good facilities, good food, well behaved staffing, but the view steals the show entirely. Great view personal access to beach is the major attractions of the place. Rooms need a bit more maintanence but the location of the property and the environment is a boon. Altogether do not expect 5 star experience, at the price they take they provide good facility.

Place is really nice and the very nice thing is you will get the sea facing hotel in Chandipur. The hotel staffs are really nice and amenities provided from hotel are useful. I should recommend this hotels for New Year celebration, birthday celebration, anniversary celebrations etc.

View is good.TWO Cottages in front without AC direct facing to Sea..The other rooms are old fashioned...not upto the mark.

Stay away from this Nasty Hotel. Women are not safe. Outside local drunker are allowed to hotel to irritating guest Although the hotel rooms are very bad, there is everywhere irritating in the house - frogs, spiders, cobwebs, snakes, street dogs, cat, and mosquito. Besides this, the house also has a very dirty house .

Location good But owners behavior is very bad. Women's are not safe . there have no security. Anytime local drunked people can come in your window. So i suggest please don't go with family.

Best for young couples.

I still remember that night. We stayed in the cottage of this hotel. The cottage was very close to sea. We were sleeping in that night. Sudddenly my sleep broke on the sound of sea. I felt sea waves were braking on our cottage. We came out of the room. It was full moonlight. We saw sea is just out side hotel. we sat there whole night and observe the beauty of the sea that night. I taste it till today when I think that of chandipur.

Awesome location just beside the beach You need not need ac as you'll get enough breeze to make your body and soul cool. One thing that can be improved is the time they take for delivering an order.
