Shanti Memorial Hospital - General hospital in Cuttack - Cuttack, India

The worst experience I ever had. My father met with an accident and was very critically injured. He was admitted to this hospital on 30th January. Though they treated him well but they charged unnecessarily. Even when we told them about the fees and why they have increased the ICU charge they Suddenly gave us medicine report costing nearly 20k. When we gave a complaint about that the staff also admitted that this is unfair to patient and he called the doctor and said this word in-front of us "Sir this is unfair to the patient, we should not do this. We have other ways to charge more from the patient but writing expensive medicine is not a good plan.". Today 14th march. I came at 9.30AM in the morning for a followup checkup for my father. Current time is 12.07 and no doctor is there. The receptionist are saying doc will come in 30 mins from last 3 hours. The management is really very bad. They don't have pre booked doctor. When a patient comes, they call the doctor to visit their hospital. I would never recommend anyone to visit this place ever.

This is a good hospital. Where all the facilities are available, they care a lot for the patients. The food in their canteen is very good Thanks Shanti memorial

I was admitted to the hospital for 04 days . The stay period was made comfortable by all the members of the hospital ( Dr Gandharv Ray , all the nursing staff and pro mam and every other supporting staff ) . I really appreciate all the efforts put by every body. I sincerely hope they continue to deliver this quality of services throughout.

So far as service is concerned everything is quite satisfactory.Each and every person including Doctors, nurses, ward boys , cleaning staffs's service , their behaviour are much satisfactory towards attending patient. Their concern towards patient is also awesome

I have undergone Laproscopic cholecystectomy (Gallbladder Surgery) in this Hospital (SMH) done under guidance of Shri (Dr) Sreejay Pattnaik in the year 2005 on advise of my relative and the surgery done was excellent . Apart from me, many my known persons have undergone treatment here and have good experience. All staffs at that time were very good and friendly. I shall definitely recommend my friends and relatives to trust on this hospital for better treatment.

Superb medical treatments are provided to me. Medical Staff members(Doctors, Nurses, Sweepers, Roomcleaners etc)are very cooperative and well-behaved. Nursing facilities are topnotch.

Such a very poor service. They are not a perfeshional. Very bad treatment, bad bahavior. Management also very bad. Also they don't know how to treat with patients. I can't give them any one star to this hospital very unperfoshional.i can't recommend Shanti hospital to anyone. They make only money. Thanks

Good doctors, Management problem. Management is money minded. Less information sharing about patient. Providing generic medicines in higher cost in pharmacy.
