I've been doing business with them for 2 years, but I must say, each time they arbitrarily increase the rates. They allocate rooms as they please and don't miss any opportunity to charge an extra 100 rupees from customers. They will even triple the charges and justify it by saying, "See, we didn't charge extra for your late check-out." Such wonderful people. The rooms are basic, but the rates exceed those of a 4-star hotel. Even in Goa, you can find better rooms for 3500 rupees per night, which is what they charged us, and this seems to fluctuate based on their mood. Their food is... indescribable. We skipped meals there because of it, and the sandwiches they offer have two layers of bread, yet they charge double the normal price. Without a doubt, they are opportunistic.

We had a amazing experience at this place, room was spacious and hygiene maintained, wonderful mountain view at the hilltop and can experience nature, hotel staff were very friendly and great service. Food was amazing, we enjoyed every bit of the stay at this place. Thank you so much!

It was a beautiful experience staying here. I stayed on 2nd floor and the room was very good. The hospitality is great and the staff were very responsive especially Kaushal. The food here was also great thanks to Shubham. Infact it was very near to the main beach just mins away. I would definitely suggest this place.

The entire property is under renovation. At the entrance of room itself a patch of wall came out. Within few hours the soap dispenser got deattached and fall. Water logging everywhere. Rooms are in terrible condition. Had a horrible experience staying at this hotel. Only plus point was the team of staff, they all were really helpful and tried to help us as far as possible. Management needs to look into the issue and the way they are marketing it with the good images at different websites.When you enter inside you know the difference between expectations and reality. Please ensure safety of your customers or otherwise some part of the room will fall on someone's head sometime.

Very good and family friendly hotel, do need some renovations but extremely friendly staff and beautiful cafe opposite to the hotel

Location is awesome with beautiful views of hills and sea with delicious food. Staf service and response.. Would highly recommend this budget friendly location

Decent Ac rooms with good bedding , sound sleep , very less beach view from Terrace ... Dinning area needs proper management , bit slow in service .
