Good service.... Very lucky shop.... With in few days they r doing our orders....

We bought jewel on June '23. But within 20 days the bangle had air crack and its not strong enough to use on a daily basis. We spend almost 1.40L but its totally waste. We went back and complained but again they try to get extra money for this quality less gold.. Previously i used bangles from lalitha which is good quality for more than 3 yrs in same gram.. This time i tried this jewelry shop and really fed up with their quality and poor customer service..we escalated till owner level but still our complaint not resolved..

The shop is usually crowded on any day or any time. But they have a lot of people to attend the customers. They have couple of floors. We ordered an engagement ring and they delivered on time but the finish was not exactly the way we expected. However , the quality and the services were good. They also have a scheme for investing monthly and buying jewels as well.
