1. The way of treating was poor. Yes, Dr. Shanthi facing many patients for a day. So she may feel dull but you are in a job of service. It is a life for everyone. Here many are literated. Please try to show some respect and clear their queries while answering instead of cutting them from another query abruptly. 2. The cleaning staffs demanding for money. If you stay for 5 days, daily you have to give them. Rotationally everyone will come and ask for money. 3.Dr. won't allow you to walk when you admitted for delivery even if you not get pain after injection no matter what. 4. While getting discharged, please check your bills properly. They added extra 10k for me. After noticed, we asked them then they changed the bill.

My humble feedback on the way you expressed your frustrations.. to a late night patient.. the incident might put you down from your standard and service.. I my self can think from your shoes.afterall we are human.. please avoid such public brust out.. Your hospital staff's are still DEMANDING money even from out patients for the SERVICE.. nothing has changed from your 3 year old reply to one of the online review.... Everyone will heartfully thank your staff's for the service. Because they served for a needy people. when they DEMAND that becomes like every other business...
Doctor caring is very good. Very nice hospital facility. But cleaning staff expect amount for every cleaning process. This will affect the hospital name.
