I'm reviewing this while sitting in the reception. The first thing is, staffs has to be more active, I see a lazy crawling of staffs on a pregnant emergency, nobody is ready to go out and get her out of the car, instead they were staring at each other. First time like me people will be scared for this kind of response. But literally I have to say about the doctors, that they were so kind of behaviour and politely answering...

Really a great hospital. Been there for my grandfather's health issue and Dr.Saravana perumal took utmost care.

I haven't seen such a terrible hospital before. My husband went to that hospital for a fever. They asked him to take a blood test and then admitted him, saying he had to stay for 3 days, and they charged 10k per day for a lot of heavy doses. They told my husband the platelet count was low, but when I got checked at another hospital, the values were fine. Don't go to this type of hospital.

I wanted to share my experience with Shanthi Hospital and Dr. Rekha regarding my wife's maternity issue. We booked an appointment on a Sunday evening, but the wait time was unexpectedly long as Dr. Rekha was working at the government hospital as well. When she finally arrived, she examined my wife and prescribed some medications. However, I found the consultation fee of 500 rupees to be quite high compared to other doctors in the same area. Dr. Rekha recommended a Beta HCG test, which cost 800 rupees. This was also more expensive than what other clinics charge. To make matters worse, we were told that we'd have to wait 48 hours for the test results. This delay was inconvenient, especially when other places offer results within 2-4 hours. During payment, we encountered an issue with the credit card. Although their sign indicated that Visa and MasterCard were accepted, we were initially told that they don't accept American Express. After some arguments, they eventually accepted our payment. Later, we received a call informing us that the blood test results were ready for collection. Dr. Rekha advised us to share the results via WhatsApp and we waited anxiously the entire day. After 12 hours, we received a call from the doctor saying that they couldn't draw a conclusion and that we needed another test in three days. At this point, we decided to seek a second opinion and consulted Dr. Tamil at Akshara Hospital, just down the street. Dr. Tamil provided exceptional care and only charged us 350 rupees for the consultation. The same blood test cost us only 450 rupees. So overall it was not great experience in shanthi Hospital.

Shanthi general Hospital One of the best experience, I had in this hospital sector Reception people was very good at responding And doctors gave good advice... Sister staff also gave friendly aproach which made more comfortable. Hospital maintenance was good. Overall hospital is too good Known to me in this hospital all speciality doctors also available in appointment bases. I take time reviewing here to suggest others and get benefited. Thank you all.

Hospital staffs are closer and friendly hospital environment also too good....nice atmosphere always clean and neat Dr Saravanan sir was very humble and nice person he was recoger shortly nurses also very humble and very carring person my one of best hospital...
