A great place to stay, right in the heart of Pune. The rooms were of decent size, very clean & the bathrooms, especially, were properly sanitized & hygienic. The staff were polite, efficient & the service was great. Though, the breakfast, which was included in the tariff, wasn't big, it was pretty decent, with the quality of food being good. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a budget hotel, with the right price.
Location wise it is a center and in the core part of Pune, it is a decent place to have small functions and gathering, the food is quite good and the service is decent I would not say excellent but above average. Parking space may be a bit of crunch if a gathering increases beyond 50 and each one comes in a car of their own. There is valet service available. Overall I would say 3/5
The rooms and breakfast food was good for the price of the room. However, their service left a lot to be desired. My wife was with our 2 year old alone at breakfast. She asked for help to the staff standing there just observing if they could get her milk, that was on the table and they said it is self-service and she should take it on her own. This when they could see a toddler crying in her arms. She was helped by a fellow customer and not the staff. When it was time for check-out she asked for help to carry the bags but no staff came for about half an hour inspire of multiple calls and she had to drag the bag down herself. So not a place to go if you require any assistance. Otherwise if you area single person on a business trip it's a good place
Good place for family functions. Catering and food was top notch. The banquet can be used well for around 50 people. Rooms were clear and nice but not spacious we had taken a double bed room. Staff was nice.

It is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. The room service was hastlefree and they responded very well with all our requests. They provided a complimentary breakfast and it was really amazing. Also they didn't even bother us for room check out, that most of the hotels always do. What else one wants.
Today is our 7th consecutive night here. It's great value for money. Clean functional rooms. Very polite and well behaved staff, good and filling breakfast, fantastic central location. We used hotel's room service on multiple times. Food is very good. We tried butter chicken, Naan , Tandoori roti, chicken fried rice , dal kheechdi , mix veg. Every item was better than average.
