Shankaracharya jagdguru is worshiped by the people in Karnataka & Maharastra. Shankarling Math is at my hometown which situated on the banks of legendary river Hiranyakeshi River at Sankeshwar on NH 47, 60km south of Kolhapur surrounded by beautiful scenery of green fields hillocks on horizon. One of the major attractions is the Rath Yatra that happens every year in the month of Feb or Jan end. Loads of new renovation work has made it even beautiful and cleaner. The math is breezy and people can relax at the banks of the river.

Definitely Will Get Peace here, Very Old Temple and Maintained Very Clean.

Om namah shivaya Good temple. Situated in the Hiranyakeshi River side. Parking is also available. Surrounding is neatly maintained.
