Their service is good. The staffs work well and understand the problems of guests. You can order food and they will deliver till your room. Main road is nearby and acropolis mall too. The only recommendation is that they should construct lift.
Good budget hotel with excellent location and connectivity in Kolkata city. Staff are always happy to serve the guests.
The location of this hotel is very good, the rooms are very clean and well maintained. The staff delivers everything quickly according to our needs. And most importantly couples can go here without any hesitation, this hotel is perfect for staying.
The rooms are cozy with limited facility. Basic amenities like lift power back is not there. We had to face the power issue for more than 1 hrs. The Manger will absent throughout the day or night.
hotel is good. neat and clean. hotel staffs are very good. hospitality was impressive. but don't expect amenities like-
no wifi, no intercom( but a staff is always ready for service on every floor), no slippers, no digital locker, no news paper. no shampoo in bathroom.

First of all the location of the Hotel is at good and calm place. Rooms were little small but is properly maintained and hygiene. Staffs were good and responsive. Overall experience is satisfactory and awesome.

its a new hotel at tagore park kolkata. The hotel room is quite nice with brand new ac,bed and all other amenities inside the washroom. Only problem is that there is no railing in the stairs so it is little risky for the children and there is no lobby.Actually it is an unfinished construction and they informed us they will finish the work soon.
