Worst Hotel. The rooms were pathetic. The bathroom condition was very bad. No hot water in the bathroom. Even not a kettle available. Was asked in the restaurant for a glass of hot water they said it's house keeping duty. They were fighting among themselves. I was waiting in the restaurant to get a glass of hot water. Not recommended at all.
Very poor service. Not at all value for money. Charged 4500/- per day. Not providing in room coffee powder. Shower is not working. Very worst room service. Anybody only once will stay here. Next time never stay's.
Very bad experience staying in this hotel feb 2022. Not clean room at all. This hotel is not suitable for family and next day i have shifted to Nandan International. Thanks
Pros: 1. Staff behaviour is very much appreciated. 2. Location of the hotel is heart of the city. (Ramalingam Park), Evening light show 3. Domino's is beside only. Cons: 1. Room size are very small around 150 sqft only for deluxe rooms. 2. Price are very high as compared to other hotels nearby. Charged 2500+GST per night 3. Outside noise are coming inside the room. 4. Food (complementary breakfast) is not good at all. Previous/stored food are served.
We checked in at 1:00 am in the morning. While at train the reception called us and made us comfortable. However no outside view rooms. The rooms were very clean and had all basic amenities. The service was also good. Even the owner met us and gladly took our feedback. They have 2 more hotels. The location is also good. Opp Ramalingam Road. Has banquets and in room dining ( reasonably priced) Auto from station takes 15 mins with 150 charges (6 person) have to bargain. During full booking service is bit slow.

One of the worst customer service i have experienced, you have to wait at least 30 minutes for each dish but it won't be delivered as per order.
Awesome restaurant. Location is near by Ramalingam pond. Food taste is good. They offered conference hall too for 100-200 people. Nice ambiance. Everything is awesome.
