Nice and clean hotel enroute Majorda beach. It is in a neat neighborhood with lots of shopping, food and activities around. The hotel is great for travellers looking for a decent accommodation at reasonable price and in great surroundings.

The hotel needs to continue to get people to stay and enjoy!

Very basic, best budget hotel. Tidy rooms, clean linens, but dont expect any food or service.

Interesting. Booked this place for 1 week as a trial. Within hours, before confirmation arrived, I realised I had made a mistake in the dates by 3 days. Phoned up the hotel and was assured by "Joseph" the manager? that this would cause no problem and he would move the booking. He would not take a name as, Not Necessary. We arrived to be given a small room, booked deluxe, at the back with no fridge. I talked to the neighbours, who had booked a standardroon, a larger room with fridge, who where paying less. Went to reception to discuss booking to be told tough no changes. Joseph also denied the phone call, even when showed the call record. The room smelt, was noisy with train and traffic. Joke, don't stay, attitude is apalling

Owner has nice nature. Early check in was allowed. Couple check in is also allowed. Beach is nearby walk distance. Kind of rural area prefer if you need privacy and silence. Car is must here to get to Panjim or nearby places. For bus take route Madgaon-kadamba- majorda. Local train is also available till evening 5. Bar on majorda is less crowded The hotel's pub is under renovation. By the way majorda beach is too good. You can have needed items from front shop. Only one wine shop nearby.

We stayed here for 3 days and found very nice to stay with pleasant behavior, clean toilets, good A/C and TV, hot water and a very notable restaurants, though a bit costly. Front desk was friendly and helpful, guidance with map was provided. Majorda beach is within walking distance; however no towel was provided from the hotel. The only tough thing thing was the vehicle and its cost. We were pleased with food and accommodation. I already suggested my friends to choose it, if they don't like the chaos of the city of Margaon.

Nice place. Owners are friendly. 2 minutes of walk to beach. The whole place is calm, unlike north Goa. No traffic, less Indian tourist. Ideal for those who seek peace of mind.
