We visited on Sep'23 with family n group of friends Everything about the resort was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, bright with excellent scenery. Had great fun with additional activities (zip lining, conopy walk, kayaking , fish pedicure n pony ride for kids Food was good and great value for money Room itself was well equipped and comfortable however only problem was connectivity issue, room landlines were non functional 03 Oct 2023
C'est un endroit merveilleux. Venus pour deux nuits nous avons prolonge notre sejour tant le lieu nous a enchante. Le personnel est d'une extreme gentillesse et competence. La cuisine est absolument extraordinaire. Un regal repete chaque jour avec beaucoup de variete. Le parc et les habitations sont tres soignes et bien penses. On peut ne rien faire et se contenter de profiter du calme et de la nature ou participer a de nombreuses activites : billard, piscine, badminton, karom, karaoke, canoe, Zip line....
Property, location, scenery all top class. Unfortunately food is not up to the mark. In fact it's the worst. Firstly the menu is repeated. They can choose to prepare local cuisine but they mostly go with North-Indian. Also they add lots n lots of soda to almost all the items. So food is one area they can improve on. Else everything is awesome.
It was a wonderful experience staying at this resort, it's breathtaking view of the surrounding greenery. Visually much better than what we saw on YouTube. Great place to visit with family/ friends, lovely grown up trees/plantations around property, spacious well maintained rooms the staff was very polite and thanks to the staff for the delicious food thank you for your hospitality @resortshangrila
Good place in the jungle setup. Place could be better maintained. We had a horrible electrical failure issue in the night and the maintenance team were clueless about the same. They could have found the root cause well before rather than me pointing it. Apart from that location is good.
A wonderful planned property. Visually much better than what we saw on YouTube. Great place to visit with family/ friends, lovely grown up trees/plantations around property, spacious well maintained rooms , very good food , FRIENDLY STAFF - always there to make you comfortable. Indoor recreation was a great pass time, outdoor - let down as the water had dried out ? Overall a great place to unwind , enjoy & detox .
I went with my wife and 5month old baby. 5 on 5 Wonderful experience. A great time out. Everything was neat. No complaints at all. No mobile network, the best part. Staff are really well trained and very well behaved. They were so generous to send buffet lunch n dinner to our room; and that really really helped to take care of our baby. Big Big thank you for that. Food was really yummy. Regular menu, not unique, but why would you care when it's yummy. Property is the best! Whichever direction you look at, it will make you feel good. Birds and Animals at most places. I spotted a red mongoose and many new (for me) birds. ~Feedback for improvement~ - Parking space needs shed facility. We leave Car at one place, so we need it to be cared against rain an sun please. - Reception phone must be answered on time. They did not answer our call when we called back to back 5 times. We needed something which we got later anyway. - Please place a road a map on gate, so we know which road to take on our exit. It's our duty to be aware, but a small help from you can save our hours.
Well maintained property with a breathtaking view of the surrounding greenery. Rooms are well designed and spacious .Service spot on . Delicious food .The fun activities are a cherry on top of a mouth watering cake . Special thanks to Kevin for making our stay memorable .
