It's is really good service and loyalty. The room was immaculate, well-designed, and equipped with all the amenities I required for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep every night. What stood out the most was the exceptional customer service. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure had an enjoyable stay. They were always available to assist with any queries and provided helpful local recommendations.

However, there were minor issues with Wi-Fi connectivity. Despite that, the attentive service and clean facilities make it a recommendable choice for a pleasant stay. I'm very happy

Really pleased with this hotel. My expectations weren't high given the reasonable price but I was pleasantly surprised. Excellent central location while also providing quiet for a good nights sleep. Bed and bedding were luxurious and high quality as were the bathroom facilities. Highly recommend for a comfortable yet economical stay.moreover I stayed so many hotels but it was nice in every way.

Not really sure what the attitude at the restaurant is all about. Walking around with such an air of arrogance. Was supposed to check in, but the restaurant just made me not want to to that. Had a few cousins staying there and they had the same experience. The concierge is the real deal. That was the hospitality I was expecting in a place like Shangri-La. Your staff really need to be schooled on how to treat guests. Not sure who that manager was at the restaurant at the ground floor, but he really needs a change in attitude.

I can highly recommend Mrs Marina at the Spa. She gave me a full body massage with a choice of oil and pressure. I felt very well, relaxed. The location and rooms are wonderful.

Definitely a five-star hotel. I felt relaxed and at home throughout my stay. The facilities were flawless, and the service was excellent. The staff were professional and evidently motivated. Special mention to the porter, Mr. Wilson, who was very attentive and maintained a friendly demeanor, which I greatly appreciated. A superb experience overall.
