Worst Experience. We had our guests staying there for 3 days. We booked 15 rooms for them but when they entered the hotel the staff called us and told us to pay the full amount. They have a strange policy of demanding full payment on the time of check in. While all the other hotels does not have this kind of policy and they should have told us about this policy before the booking. Worst hotel in pathankot. I am local resident of pathankot and do not recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a hotel.

Rooms are good and clean Good service Breakfast had limited options and we had more expectations Parking is horrible If hotel gets full, parking could be a pain

Hotel's food was not good. Had a very bad experience with food. All over Room was nice . Should improve food quality.

Terrible experience . DO NOT Recommend at all They do not allow outside food . even when there own food is so pathetic. Very bad taste . Unnecessarily paying 2nd day charges . There check out time is 14:00 & We checked out at 12:00 which is before 2 hours but still they asked for 2nd day full payment.

The property is located back side of bus stand and one has to pass through gully with so many shopkeepers looking at you. The staff didn't consider early check in and charge excess for it despite it was only transit stay for some hours considering the property as average. The price was on the higher side. The rooms were compact but good, washroom was little compact but equipped with all, The lights in the room were warm, good for relaxing. The behavior of the staff were good though not accomdating, Worst was food, we dine in rooftop restaurant but food was not upto mark. Not expected from a hotel restaurant. Recommend for solo travellers. If going with companion, opt for higher floors.

Room is spacious and cozy but need to improve food taste and quality.

This hotel is Fraudulent. They stole my money and did not honor my reservation confirmation through Hopper. I would not suggest anyone to use this unsavory hotel. When I first reached the hotel I was told they did not have my confirmation. Even though I had a printed copy of the paid reservation confirmation. Secondly, I waited over 2 hours for Hopper to try and assist with the issue.They hotel would not answer the phone, as I sat waiting on the lobby I could hear the phone ringing and they would not answer. They hotel told Hopper they checked me in which was a complete LIE. Because I was foreign they thought they can just steal money without and recourse. Save yourself the worry and headache. DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL. You will be very disappointed.
