This gym has few good equipments but not good trainers since they will not guide after a week. Charges are bit higher when compared to other gym. If you wish to hire a personal trainer and manitain diet then its good.

Gym have very good equipment and nice ambiance Specially the trainer {shyam} have very positive behavior with folks and feel like own brother which will guide us to achieve the Aim to maintain the body fitness I have found best fitness center across Dharmavaram

Best zym except Sunday all days in open condition both morning and evening.master available on both sessions.morning crowd wil be more compare to evening session.

I would like highly recommend to sham's fitness factory bcoz of they provide personal training & 90days challenge to give better results for us and they provide diet food also sham's fitness meals . Thank you sham for giving me a good result & very nice bonding to each other
