Had a wonderful dining experience at Shalimar restaurant,A friend's recommendation. The non-veg delight was the Shalimar Special Chicken dish, paired perfectly with butter roti. The flavors were exceptional, making it a delightful dinner. Don't miss out on their tasty sweet dish--it adds a perfect ending to the meal. A definite go-to for delicious non-veg options!

Authentic Biryani very tasty and properly made. We ordered tandoori chicken also but somehow the pieces were slightly harder and not juicy. However, full marks RO Biryani and the curry and raita along with that. Service is also proper. Timely response, happy to serve people. Ambiance on the top floor is very good. Isolated space design makes it perfect to have private lunch or dinner.

Went on a weekend for Lunch. Table were available in Family section. Ordered Chicken Tandoori Kapsa and Chicken Kentucky Kapsa. Both were impressively well. Tandoori were well cooked and Kentucky were crispy. Kapsa Rice were also remarkable. Family section needs renovation. Due to the same reason, We avoid going to Shalimar with family. 5 stars for Food.

Old market side shop in old area. Not for families with kids & ladies, rest room is pathetic. Food quantity is less for the price in menu. Don't believe on photos on Google.

I recently dined at Shalimar Family Restaurant and had a pleasant experience. The restaurant offers a variety of dishes, including delicious desserts SHAHI TUKDA and flavorful main courses. One standout dish was the KHAPSA RICE, which I found to be particularly tasty. The flavors were well-balanced, and the rice had a nice texture.

Nice place and food. I always visit this place. For dinner and it's good restaurant. They have good mughlai food. Recommend Biryani, murg musslam and I have don't remember the name of the dish. But is was good. The owner is very humble and nice. Staff also helpful.

I can see one of the best and famous restaurant in Aurangabad speciality is non veg the most favourite dishes I have tried here are chicken shorma chicken dum biryani and chicken kantaki you must have to try this dishes there are really good and not much expensive pocket friendly restaurant.

I would give zero or negative rating if there is any option. I am not understanding how this restaurant have 4+ rating. I guess people of aurangabad don't have a taste bud. We have ordered Chicken Tandoori as starter which was very much dry, Then as suggested by the captain we ordered Chicken Maratha and Chicken Rogan as main course. It was only spicy and salty except that there was no taste in both of them. When we mentioned the same he said it is different type of masala. I couldn't control my laugh. All of them only the tandoor roti was quite okay.
