Shama Dhaba Kharar - Biryani restaurant in Kharar - S.a.s Nagar, India

Shama Dhaba is a dhaba near Kharar Bus Stand along Landran Road. It specialises in Moradabadi Biryani and other mughlai dishes. I would recommend Moradabadi Biryani and Tawa chicken to try. However, being a Mughlai restaurant their food is generally high in oil content, so if you're health conscious person then kindly visit at your own discretion. Seating here is ample for 15-20 people. Limited parking is available in front. The staff is cordial.

Not so good food quality. No hygiene/ bad taste but sometimes biryani was good.

I tried briyani its very authentic only issue is with the spiciness. They cut too much red and green chillies and that makes the briyani too much spicy to eat for normal person.

Had biryani....rice was good but the chicken was stale .

If you want to have your perfectly good going day ruined and a severe dysentery and cholera infection as bonus, then please order from shama dhaba because that is exactly what i got and i am typing this from civil hospital kharar. The food was quite expensive as it quite literally almost cost me my life. Wouldn't recommend to anyone :,-)

Very pathetic food. Chicken egg roti everything was worst. The smell was littlery very bad. If you want to ruin your night please order from "Shama Dhaba". Kindly eat one roti from this dhaba and you will realise that nothing taste worst than this.

Unhygienic. Near sewerage water opening. I have seen lots of rats jumping from sewerage water into their utensils. Please avoid this place.

This dhaba is located on landran road near kharar flyover. There is sitting space available inside the dhaba. Food preparation is fine, pricing is low which is the TRP of this dhaba. Tandoori roti is very very tasty. Their most demanded food item is chicken biryani which is little above average in taste.
