Overall great experience. Hospital was very well maintained. All facilities were actioned on time. My dad had a surgery here and everything was handled with utmost care. We are all satisfied with this Hospital service.

It's a nice hospital which is maintained well from housekeeping to nursing staff and doctors. All have taken care of me very well during my stay. Hygiene of the rooms have been very well maintained. Doctors were very good. Dr. Rao has treated me very well. He is a very good doctor and I have been fortunate to talk to him

The worst hospital in the matter of services ,they only need the patient money and least bothered about the service. Staff is very rude and they have bouncers inside the hospital.we went for kidney hemo dialysis there is no transparency in terms of what they charge. the charges they explained is 20000 and again they made us pay extra 30000 for the dialysis kit for first-time and same for the second time and top of that Evey single staff has very high attitude and they talk as if we have been given free service .no fire safety norms only one elevator with 10 persons capacity for all the patients . It is worth avoiding to go this kind of hospitals .i will never ever recommend any body to go to this hospital.

Special Thanks for Dr.Rk sir ! Excellent Orthopedic surgeon,very kind to patient ! But the problem is with management they charges very high ! Also waiting time is too long ,some times they cancel appointment after visiting hospital !

Don't ever go to this hospital unless you have a lot of bucks to shell out. The outpatients are required to pay consultation fees again if you want to show reports to the doctor. There are no diagnostic services in the hospital. You have to go outside for getting the tests done. The staff are also I'll mannered and very arrogant. Do ever visit this hospital unless you don't have any other option.

It belongs to secondary health care system *It only provides intermediate health care which means all the diagnostic tests cannot be done here so you have to go to the other near by diagnostic centre to complete your particular test. *By the time you do your test it's already too late to intervene. *So better opt for a tertiary care hospital where they charge the same amount as this secondary care does,with much more decency and subject *All of staff doesn't know what they are doing so bee careful.

One of the worst. No transperancy at all. They hide things about the patient's condition. Nurses do not take care or communicate the condition to the doctors. Security is very rude as if they own the hospital. Do not take your loved ones here not even in case of emergency. Not worth your time or money.

1) Administration is good and co-operating. 2) Service staff was very good and polite. 3) Hospital was maintained clean and neat. Except for the long wait times for the lift (same lift for patients, visitors and everybody moving up and down ) can be looked upon.
