This is a quiant row house gated colony in Sukliya area of Indore. Clean, green, safe and secure , it is managed well by the managing society. The residents are civil, educated and friendly. It is an ideal place for healthy bringing up for children as it has sprawling area for play, cycling, skating etc. Just that the construction quality isn't good enough amd the houses have to be maintained through periodic reinforcements.
The society where I lived for more than 10 years. It has priceless memories.
A secure campus with around 100 row houses, gardens, mandir, community hall, walking area.. The township is situated close to Vijaynagar and MR10 - a fast growing area of Indore. Metro station is just 5 minutes walk.
Nice place.. Ausumn park and roaming area... The society is well maintained.. The bungalows here were constructed in 2003.. The maintenance fees is ard 1000rs.. The people r well connected here... There is road proped from Nakshatra thats why that big area/road is left, may be wiped out someday!
Shalimar bungalow is a very good colony in sukhliya .it has contain one beautiful park for everyone all members of colony use this for morning walk and evening walk .it is very good colony it is just closed to swasthya Nagar sukhliya Indore. All members are also very good and polite.
