A warm welcome was felt from the very entrance/reception of the hospital. It was a great visit with the staff member who were willing to share the knowledge they have acquired through their experience with Shelby. When I walked in I thought it's just an ordinary hospital but hearing about the great work of chairman Vikram was uplifting.
