Shalby Hospital, Vapi - Hospital in Vapi - Valsad, India

This hospital is located in Chanod area in Vapi on the Vapi - Silvassa main road and exactly opposite D-Mart, earlier it was Usha Hospital and than Usha Shalby. They have good and experienced Doctors, the support staff is also good and helpful. The hospital maintains clean and hygiene, the rooms are good and spacious. Doctors take their time and explain everything in detail. The OPD charged are high they medicines are also high valued.

Very best hospital you will not at all feel as if you are in a hospital like others hospital in vapi.Staff and Doctor are Best and well behaved.Specially Thanks to Dr.Gaurav Chaudhri who is now my Doctor strange.(super hero).

Hospital is very good and best but medical services Third class service to take medicine on medical almost 50 min waiting here but not provided service. There service are very poor at 8 pm to 9pm because only one chemist but he is not active properly and not trends

Mediclaim process is very slow of this hospital. They started the process of claim in the evening evenafter the doctor said one day before that tommorrow is your discharge but they started at evening 6:30 and after the improper document the claim company ask for more detailed bill in 7:20 pm than after the requesting to the staff they send detailed bill at 9:30 than the claim completed at 11 pm at night if they do it in the morning than it would be better. Discharge is done on 6 October but till now the refund process is not done by them .we paid advance 2000 rupees at the time of addmission but they didn't refund till now as well as they didn't apply for it also I visited today so the staff said I am not free when I will free I will put your refund application soon.since 4 days the staff is not free this is the condition of hospital in billing.

I am going to this hospital when this hospital has name as Usha . I stay 7 to 10 days every year because of typhoid by cash . I tried cash . ,mediclaim, and refurbished claim too. With my year of experience : "I DO NOT SUGGEST ANYONE THIS HOSPITAL FOR CASHLESS MEDICLAIM PROCESS" IF YOU HAVEEDICLAIM PLEASE TRY SOMEWHERE ELSE THERE ARE MORE NETWORK HOSPITAL IN VAPI. Nursing staff are good care patients, but any other services is lower side, for example sealing fan not good condition more sounds, dust bin not clean everyday, TV not start, fuse light, bathroom not clean everyday daily complaint,but there was no hearing, I was upset by speaking. Even after having so many problems, your room charge is very high, the service is very bad according to the room charge, please pay attention to the management. If this is the condition of twin sharing room then what is the matter, we pay as much money as your management says but they don't even provide proper facility. Please hospital management give more attention to this. Thanks...
