We went for a dinner in this hotel, They don't even serve the basic items. They insist you to order daal chawal(why we are at your place then). Taste & quality is also not up to the mark. You have to wait for waiter or waitress if you planned to sit on the roof top Total disappointment

Nice hotel for organising big events like marriage parties, Birthday parties and office parties. It is just across the state highway so connectivity is very good and it has a large parking facility. Nice food can be seen here with good taste. Staff behaviour is very nice . Arrangements are done by the management team.

Poor hotel, dirty staff and does not give service to the customer by giving the name of its owner, no one should stay, stayed in the worst hotel of my life.

Shakuntalam Royal Palace , the name is enough . it looks really Royal . good restaurant and provide good service , and also facility of lodging , marriage ceremony party and a big parking area and garden , i love this place

I have gone there several times. In 2021 their food service was good .. However, this is not the case now in 2022.. even it was difficult to get ice / cold water for party . staff says yes to customer , but, as a customer, mine experience is not at all good .
