Shakunt Resort - Resort hotel in Kotputli, Ladakawas - Jaipur, India

Come here to experience a HUGE SECLUDED campus. Temple in the campus, sound of chant from speakers all around the area. A lot of garden area and farm to walk in. Rooms are huge with balcony but NO MAINTENANCE. Not cleaned properly. No facilities in room. Not professional but personal kind of behaviour. We stayed alone in the huge area and there were all rooms vacant . It was almost horrorly in nights. overall good experience if u don't want to stay inside rooms.

The property is good but it is not maintained AT ALL. Everything is average, from tea to mattresses, everything was shabby and used out. The linen were not proper, the hotel had no control on bugs or insects. There was a strange smell in the rooms. Again, the place can be a 5 Star hotel because the property has a GREAT potential IF the managed properly.

It was a pleasure to be amidst well maintained greenery. The check in and check out was very smooth. The service at the hotel really stood out- all the staff was exceptionally caring. They even took care of keeping a few bottles of drinking water in our car for our journey back. The cultural program in the evening was traditional Rajasthani- yet, customized to the taste of new generation. The resort has a good collection of birds and pets. Kids enjoyed playing at the resort who was quite friendly and adorable. Overall- a very good place to chill with the family.

Attended a destination wedding here, it was really amazing as the place is huge and it can fit 1000 people at a time. They have 50-60 rooms which can accommodate 150-200 people for a 2-3 days function. Rest of the rooms can be booked in nearby hotels. It was worth every penny to spend here . Decoration , food plus the venue they provided was beautiful with open garden plus banquet and a huge manmade fountain. Along with that we stayed herefir 2 days and had breakfast next day of the wedding. It was a memorable experience to attend a wedding here with the whole family and guest of about 400 people and having a great time in those two days. If you get a chance to attend a wedding in this place or want to have your own, do try , it's cost effective and a very nice place. Plus I suggested them to add on more rooms as it is such a good property to which the owner told us that they are working on it and they'll be more rooms in the property Very soon. But a big thank you to staff and the hospitality that we had such great time there.

Had a good time with colleagues and staff members at this place for our excursion. We had enjoyed evening dance on a lush green garden. Plenty of space to organize party and events in the lawn. Outdoor game kits are available like volleyball, football, cricket and badminton. Lawn at the back side is playing outdoor games. A temple at the corner. Good food at the restaurant, but the kitchen couldn't maintain the taste for the large group. Adequate space for dinning for large group. Huge parking space. But reception area is with the compact entrance. Fountains increases the elegance. Plenty of rooms with good carpet area. Attached toilets but no bath tubs. Hot water available. However with minor issues like calling reception is a painful experience, phone goes unanswered. Poor drinking water facility, multiple reminder to reception but in vain. No bathroom accessories provided. Unhygienic toilet. Unclean balcony. Door locks are difficult with key moving freely inside.

I stayed in this resort during my trip from Delhi to Jaipur. It's very well maintained and peaceful. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are very cozy and spacious. More bang for the buck!! They really take good care of you and you definitely get more than what you paid for. The food is so delicious. Don't forget to visit them as they are conveniently located on NH 8, Delhi Jaipur highway.

Feedback related to basic things and amenities which are missing in the resort First fall when we entered there was only one person to attend at reception. It took about an hour to first do arrangements for room and he didn't even guide our driver to take the car from other side driver had to himself search the route till room ultimately I had to call the driver and locate him myself and then guide him till room So ideally you should have more staff to guide the guest , guest should not be running here and there to make arrangements Then after going to the allocated room it was not the super deluxe room for which I had made payment both of the rooms were different again I had to call and make the changes, don't you think a checklist should be made by the housekeeping guys to do these basic checks as we were dead tired and even after that I had to run here n there to make these changes.. Then you knew I was coming with family and 2 one year old kids so for kids ideally hotel staff should have asked themselves that mam what all you need for kids we will provide but I had to really call multiple times and explain what I needed and then also your chef told me they don't have fruits, then in night I needed mashed khichdi so he told me they don't have mixer, they don't have ghee and moong dal also not there. Also cleaning was not done well before, bathrooms were too dirty , no toiletries were there, no paste, no brush, no bathrobe , no Cream, no shower gel. Ideally at such expensive room rates these all should have been provided. But these all are missing. Also as per the package mentioned lot many things are missing like tug of war, air hockey, pool table , soccer table even many more things which are mentioned on website are missing which you have again miscommunicated like WiFi, laundry,heater also wasn't given before after telling them that we need heater then heater was provided but still not functioning properly, electric kettle. Bisleri bottle not provided every day as the staff told stock not there. Also we asked for towels again staff answered same thing we don't have enough stock. I am really surprised you don't have enough stock and you are charging so much high rates. I really want you not to charge me this 2000 ideally as it's really not worth it to charging anything extra infact I require refund of the room charges as per the room provided as bath tub was not having stopper and when we asked multiple times till evening today we got stopper for 2 rooms but we could not use it. Again staff said the same thing that they don't have enough stock of stopper again I am really surprised. Also one more major feedback related to food hygiene issue twice in our food we got hair in the vegetable and then hair in the sweet ( kheer) I only have pic of one as could not take pic of the other. Hygiene is very important for food be it for anyone specially for kids you really need to be extra cautious On 31st night staff created confusion because of some other customer who left their room because of missing amenities so they lost business but staff blamed my husband unnecessarily when he for the first time had gone to reception to inform them that why there is a delay in getting the khichdi for kids whereas I called at 7 am and had asked khichdi to be delivered at 8:15 pm they sent the khichdi at 10:30pm totally unacceptable everyday there was a delay for kids food. And then that staff spoke rudely with totally unwanted behaviour and he told my husband "please leave this hotel now do whatever you want as they don't care" how can anyone speak like this with customer I am totally shocked and surprised We paid for such bad service my money is totally wasted. This hotel is a total waste..

It's a really good destination stand on roadside on National Highway 8 (Jaipur to Delhi) having all efficient facilities, swimming pool, outdoor sitting, green land park, delicious food , neat and clean rest and luxurious rooms for stay. I always feel good here to hanging out with my friends and family and also explore the the nice view of its landmark and banquet hall for parties and function. the hotel also provides the facilities for booking and arrangements of parties and marraiage event and serve its level best with high statisfication. It has good sitting arrangements outdoor and indoor and provide all quality food at any time. It has around 2 km distance from neraby city paota. The local audience of paota feels good to be here. This is best stop to having fun and tasty food with sufficient facilities. Must visit the heaven of Beauty. #SHAKUNT RESORT.
