The property is good, neat and clean. Location is excellent. But I found this place badly lacking in hospitality and customer care. The hotel staff was found to be ineffective, indifferent and insensitive towards customer. While on one hand hotels at times also go extra mile for customer comfort or help (if required), on the other hand staff of this hotel does not even move on their assigned path . Another visit to Jaipur surely 'YES'. Stay at this Place : probably 'No'. If service doesnot matter and you can be on your own, definitely go for this beautiful property without second thought.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Shakun Hotels & Resorts, and I can't say enough about the exceptional experience I had. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the staff, setting the tone for a remarkable stay. The accommodations were nothing short of spectacular. My room was spacious, elegantly furnished, and impeccably clean. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect, from the plush bedding to the well-appointed bathroom. Had a great experience staying here for 2 nights. Staff was really friendly and courteous. I booked the basic room and it was quite spacious for 2 people and full of amenities. Though don't expect any good view from your room as it is not located near any tourist spot. But it makes for it being closer to railway station than other hotels located near Bapu Bazaar. Booked breakfast in advance. Had a lot of options in the morning with cuisine spreading across North Indian, South Indian, English, Salads, Fruits, Bakery items, etc. They have Live Kitchen to serve you fresh. Food was quite tasty! And the best part is their restaurants are Pure Veg if you are looking for one. Property is really beautiful and you can get some amazing clicks with your partner/family/friends. Rooftop area is eye catching where swimming pool is located too. Overall enjoyed my stay!

This Is My Diner Review: Good Food, Bad Service I recently had the opportunity to dine at shakun, a popular hotel and resorts in Jaipur. The food was delicious, but the service was unfortunately quite poor. I started with the soup, which was perfectly cooked and seasoned. For my main course, I ordered the shahi paneer, which was also very good. The daal fry was tasty and flavorful, and the rotis were cooked to perfection. However, the service was a major letdown. My waiter was inattentive and seemed more interested in talking to his co-workers than serving his customers. I had to ask multiple times for refills on my drinks, and my food arrived delayed. Despite the poor service, I would still recommend shakun for the food alone. However, diners should be prepared for the possibility of subpar service.

Very bad experience!! 1. Rude behavior from reception staff 2. Met with one of the manger while going in lift request for visitor visit. Very badly said NO we don't allow. Ok don't allow but their is way of requesting or denying. 3. Room lock is not working and we have struggle alot informed the team and technician came and confirmed issue with lock but no solution.

Shakun Hotels is well known brand within the Rajasthan city. We opted this mere with the reviews read online. But trust me it is upto the mark. Hotel is just 25 min from Airport & 10 min from Railways station. It is in middle of old & new city of jaipur, thus convinitent to travel around. Also it has good access with Ola or E-rick. I had booked the hotel for 2nights through MMT. The Staff at reception, Housekeeping, Entrance, Concreige, all are very helpful. Rooms at the hotel are good for family of 3 , I mean 2 adults & 1 child. Bed arent too huge like king size but they do provide extra bedding at extra cost. Child is charged above 6 yrs. All majr amenties were availble at room. Except the luxury listings. Thye Hotel itself has 3 restaurants - Pentheon, Tamrind & 1 bar. All 3 had delicious food, service & Ambience. There is roof top bar too which is equally amazing to chill at nights with drinks & food. Hotel has basic amenities like gym, pool which are equally clean & can meet ur daily requirments. Breakfast at Tamarind has good elabroted buffet to meet all your morning tastebuds. Its 100% vegeterian food only. Thus u will get chole bhatura to dhokla to idli ... Also good options in Bakery items. Overall i would definitely recommend this hotel for stay when at jaipur.

Stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. The room was little small but quite good and view was also nice. I personally didn't like the hotel staff hospitality. Everytime you look at them, they looked suspiciously at the guests as if not trusting them, asking the room number everytime you enter the lobby, sometimes double checking as well. The amenities were of cheap quality too. It was bare minimum with no extra efforts put as compared to the price of the rooms. I have stayed at so many places paying the same room price and have loved the hospitalities offered to the guest and that felt missing here. Food review - Restaurant food is good. Rajasthani thali was really good. Breakfast buffet was too bad. You have to look for things to somehow fill yourself. Too less options and bad taste so no point in taking the complimentary breakfast package. The drinks were also mediocre. Overall the hotel staff behaviour ruined my stay there.

Hotel is good..Rooms are spacious. Staffs are cordial.Breakfast is also superb.Services are quite good.Nice experience.But the lunch and dinner in the hotel restaurant is too costly.Dishes are too costly..But it's a nice experience.
