Shaktinagar Zilla Hospital - Government hospital in Krishnanagar - Nadia, India

I am here by sick leave,I have been suffering from cold and cough. While as I am a porsennel I was treated well and given first preference.But I could see long que of people coming for treatment. The hospital area is cleaner than most of the Govt. Hospital. I hope you to get the treatment and be safed from your sufferings. Hail Buddha .

It is a District Hospital run by Govt. Of West Bengal situated in Shaktinagar near KRISHNAGAR city Junction in Nadia District. There is a medical store where you can get up to 60% off on the price of the medicine. Although doctor service is bad sometime overall service is good and it's free also. very good hospital service pehle se bahut accha ho gaya

Only hope for most of ghe poor of the whole district but this hospital sometimes run by only 1 doctor. Shocking ! Yes it's true 14 days ago one of my relatives died there most probably because there was not ample number of doctors. The ICU department is much better & in some aspects it's better than most local nursing homes( most of the nursing homes are not good at all) . OPD section is very very crowded, not suitable for even a normal healthy person . It's better to get transferred if you have any serious patient ( I'm no medical professional). Overall it's like a life straw for poor & emergency patients.

As it happens in case of a Govt. Hospital in West Bengal. Average services, massive patient rush, lack of cleanliness... rude docs.... unfiendly ambulance services and so on....

When my father was admitted there in an emergency, after 7 hours doctor came and saw my father for less than 10 seconds. Toilet & bathroom condition were worse than Railway's public toilet. Nurse behaviour will disappoint you. He was admitted 3 times but the end when his life was in crucial stage the doctor suggested to take my father NRS hospital. And the very next day morning my father passed away at NRS My suggestion my those who are reading my review. If you're thinking to admit your loved one , go to any other hospital , it's terrible.......

Avarage Service. The security guards are very rude and misbehaving. They don't even stop being rude to women. Hospital authorities need strict vigilance in this regard.
