It's been a month I had joined Shakti Yoga Nilaya. I was having severe neck and back pain when I joined, which is improving with time. I must say, Kavitha Ma'am is an excellent teacher who is very determined, polite, positive and extra careful for each and every individual. She will closely keep an eye on every person and correct each one be it's online or offline during the entire session. By any reason if you couldn't attend the class she will make sure that you are OK by calling personally. Lastly, I would suggest that everyone should "Shakti Yoga" not just because they are facing any problems but to heal from inside out too
Due to increased cholesterol levels I joined Shakti yoga online classes one month before. I have 2kids....elder is 3yrs and younger is 17 months. How much I run and do work behind them, i couldn't reduce my weight which I gained due to 2 cesarean. At one point of time I lost confidence in myself on my body flexibility. But the way Kavitha mam guided me and helped me on gaining my confidence back is great. From bottom of my heart I thank mam. I don't have lot of body pains, stitches pain due to regular stretches I do in Yoga. I strongly recommend Shakti yoga
Hi.. I joined yoga 2 months back. I am not really yoga person before.. but now I am in love with the sessions. Slowly increasing the strength. Trainer kavitha garu is so patient and helpful. She will guide us according to our health and body comfort. I recommend to join the yoga center.
It's been a month since I joined "Shakti Yoga". The reason I have joined classes due to my sinus problem and the pranayamas are really helping me to overcome this problem. Even by doing yoga my body feels very light and energetic throughout the day .I am very thankfull to Kavitha mam ,the way mam takes the classes by guiding everyone with so much patience and calmness is so impressive and taking personal care on them is really helpful for each and everyone. I am 50yrs plus, joined the Shakti Yoga in Sept'23.Earlier I was unable to lift or raise my left leg , due to an accident suffered in 2007. Thanks to Kavita ma'am, she studied my pre-existing condition , medical reports and guided me patiently. Now after two months, I have gained good control and improving.
