We have been traveling through shakti travels since 2008. Best travels. They take care of all tiny details. The owner Ramesh bhai is so much down to earth. Their Manager Shaileshbhai is also a very friendly person. Till now we have visited moat of India and Nepal and o can personally vouch for their services. What else can I say. Just visit and experience for yourself
Shakti Tours is a great place if we want to plan our holidays. We had awesome experience at Shakti in 2019 when we travelled for Bali. It was bit expensive but we had a great Service. After that we have recommended Shakti tours to many people. Recently we were planning for Dilwali holidays for 2022, we though for Kashmir or Uttarkhand and we decided to again visit Shakti, The Service is became really poor, after following up thrice, they used to share plan, that even takes more than 3 days and then we need to keep on following with them again and again. I think this should not be behaviour, customer should get response, if you can not make it, you can say no, but there are many travellers that provide a good service than Shakti and I recommend not to travel with Shakti tours any more.
Very bed experience in Kashmir trip. They don't give basic things like water during trip. Houseboat was like wooden cage and spoil our mood. There are lots of places in Kashmir but they don't cover half of the places.Daily after lunch they told us to visit local places by our own.One day we were late only half hour so manager told us to pay 500rs to the driver. Very bed food. Manager was pathetic (Pravin Darji) he never help us to guide anything. He was not come with us at any of the places.

No Action.. for the service.. One my close friend got this experience... I suppose to be a part of this journey and it is my good luck that I am not a part this journey...
