Service oriented ,very good and neat

I gave my fiat car for wiring service but they didn't do anything and gave me with extra broblem and charged for that. Also they took two months for that.

No Mechanics and staff here... One person says I play dual role and will tell you outrightly that we cannot repair the Vehicle immediately as they other vehicles to take care. Spares are limited or nothing. I was charged for just touching my vehicle. 1 star for being Very Poor.

We had our car locked near vellore around 9 in the night.. I have called to the service center at that time.. Mr shakthi picked the call, came all the way near to our place ,being a Sunday he had left all his work and came to the place and made immediate solution. .When we all were struggling what to do. .Shakthi with his presence of mind immediately gave solution for us. .i could say this is only customer satisfaction and hats off to him..i would give more than 5 star s if I could Thank you shakthi
