Furnished service apartment good for short and long stay. Moderately priced and well maintained. Enough parking space. Might find difficult to locate the facility especially when reaching the location late in the evening. I had to depend on Google Maps. They do have a diesel generator, means there is a solution for power cuts. The kitchen wasn't functional in the apartment that I stayed. May be because, I stayed only for a night. The caretaker was very courteous. Overall a good stay.

I wish there was a Zero star option. You literally have to plead them to start the generator. Multiple instance of power cut and they dont bother to start the back up generator. I had to call the owner 3 times in the day justifying why I need the AC and its importance in a hot and humid climate condition (April 10th). I wonder why they call themselves a Air Conditioned facility? I suggest they should advertise as AC only when Electricity is available. Around 2pm when i called him asking for generator service (after 30mins of power cut) he said wait for 10mins, if electricity supply doesnt restore, only then he would oblige/switch on. Again, It was raining heavily at around 8:30pm, followed by a power cut. I was attending a zoom call (office meeting). I called the owner and he said he ran out of Diesel and generator cannot be restored. He reminded me of the great favor he did on me by switching on the generator 2 times during the day for me. I'm rating this property solely based on the inconvenience caused, the level of preparedness of the property, the heights of stinginess, and most importantly the complete lack of apathy for the guest's convenience. Dear owner, its a competitive world and AC is not a luxury item but, a basic necessity. You cant be charging AC-rent and deprive guest of it. Fortunate of you, the booking was done by the family of the bride and I didnt want to bother them. If I had paid for it, I would have not relented. Wishing you good health and some basic sense of customer's convenience. The goods: 1. The care taker was courteous and willing to help 2. Mostly Clean, albeit the cockroaches (i saw one on the wall next to the sofa) in the hall room. Not complaining, stating a fact 3. Spacious 4. Parking space The cons: 1. Under utilised/non-functional kitchen. If you have a kitchen, allow its usage - proactively give gas connection. Gas connection was not there, we didn't bother asking either. Had it been there, would have surely used it. After all they market it as furnished 2bhk. 2. You need buy water bottles from them. Not bisleri/branded ones for Rs20/ltr. Its a 2bhk, not a hotel. Either sell branded products or have a refilling option. 3. Electricity/ power connection. Owner needs to realize he cant have the cake and it eat too. I have written enough about it in my opening remark.

Perfect for a family of 4 members. Location is very close to MC road. They are providing a furnished 2BHK apartment with 2 spacious a/c bedroom, kitchen and a drawing room, with good parking facility. The owner and staff are very friendly. Even though we reached on a rainy night.... And we are new to the location the owner guided us to location patiently. Though there are no dining facility...you can easily find veg nonveg restaurants nearby with door delivery facility.

Service Apartments for daily, weekly & monthly rent. 2BHK Apartments are good & ensure privacy and safety. Located beside the MC Road and have good space for parking.

The Good : Basic but adequately finished apartment. Furnishings are clean and in shape. The Bad : The caretaker and owners who make you beg for any additional services. The Ugly : Business minded owners who sees you as means to profit at any opportunity. Verdict : If you don't have any other alternates do book, but expect a premium and not so transparent pricing, paying extra for any basic services (they don't offer gas stove in apartment but with a cost , washing machine - the common one is a relic), have enough cash in your pocket to shed for exorbitant electricity bill - doesn't matter what you consume. If you stay a night more, you get charged a premium. Together let's make em rich!

A well furnished family appartment near Thiruvalla town you will get on a daily/monthly basis. Got close access to MC Road. A lot of parking space available with a closed compound wall were our vehicle is safe and secure inside. Have experienced good hospitality from the staff and owner. The appartment is neat and the bathrooms are well maintained. The key highlights about the place is that you won't get any good appartment at this low price anywhere near Thiruvalla.

Very clean and spacious rooms. Perfect for family staying. Though, the guard could have been more attentive, else excellent.
