I went to this salon with lot of expectations..i thought it would be good !! Cant explain what horrible experience me and my mother had. Horrible facial done.. our skin has been burning since then and looks dull and pale . Our skin looked better and radiant otherwise. The beautician didnot bother to mention what all she was using on face ! Didn't even check what type of skin the client had...I must say that the technique used are primitive at the centre..they showed ld improvise. I had never experienced such harsh peel /scrub on my face since years which they used !! Highly disappointed. I shall never visit this place again. Also to mention, the staff is just looking at selling either there 3+1 scheme or diamond facial.. it seems as if they have no skills apart from that !

I took an appointment prior going there. They are open 7 days a week from 10am to 7pm. They even call to confirm your timings, very polite, very helpful. Then I tried Herbal Hair Spa. It takes time, so be patient, as you know good things take time, so does this. My hairdresser was Pankaj, who was so good in his work. I was inquisitive about the process, and he very kindly explained it to me. At the end, I was just couldn't believe it was my very own hair looking so pretty. The cost is a little on the higher end, so be prepared for that. It costed me around 2500 for the hair spa and 600 for the hair trim, and then add the GST. But this place is worth your time and money. I understand its COVID, but they are taking as much precautions as they can and also bringing in less clients to avoid crowding. I would recommend this place to everyone.
