Shahi Thaath - Family restaurant in Jabalpur, Raksha - Jabalpur, India

I was visited yesterday with my friends and when I entered, i thought it is a good restaurant but when I ordered and the food came all of my thoughts were changed suddenly, because we have recieved the over cooked Veg All Mix where all the manchurians are burnt, also it was not eatable. We had spent almost 1500rs for overcooked food. And yeah "Most Importantly" the staff was so rude and they didn't know how to treat the customers specially those 2 girls at the PAY HERE counter and 1 waitress. I don't know why these girls shows attitude to us also the staffs were playing very loud music due to that loud music we are not able to talk. Few more points are there but leave it, these are the main points which we don't like in this restaurant.. Request to the Owners please hire a professional staffs otherwise no one visited here in future

1sttime yeAh I visited this place for the very first time and found this place very fascinating....This place has a lot more than sweets to offer including snacks,lunch & dinner as well....Bought some #sweets and also tasted their #paobhaji #golgappe and #chenewalikheer and after having all these I can say that all items were just mouth watering #yummilicious it's a must go to place for all your

Restaurant food is nice, Moderate price of food, Very nice environment, The owner and the staff are polite and listener, Everything is OK But, the worst part is, the staff forgot what they got ordered and how much quantity ordered. Personally I felt that the order was not delivered on the table timely, second this it may be because I ordered regular food, in which staff could not used to.

This place is very mismanaged. The prices are very high compared to the quality and quantity of food. The quality of food is also not up to the mark. The restaurant is self-service but we have to take a receipt from the billing counter and submit it to the kitchen area. And then they give you a vibrating device which vibrates when the order is prepared. Overall this place is for one time only. The only thing I liked is the cleanliness and the very hygienic place.

Ambience is beautiful and food was good . Their token system is quite unique. They need to improve the taste and quality of their pastries. Had fruit pastry which was decorated by different small fruits on top but inside there were pieces of bananas which was not decorated on top. Chocolate mousse pastey's taste was also not according to expectation . Price of pastries were high in comparison of their taste .

Price is on the upper end but the quantity is less. The taste is ok.. nothing extraordinary. Make sure you order all the roti at once with your main course, else you have to take a break from your meal to order again at the counter and wait and go to collect it again.

Not convinced with the pricing and the food quantity and quality. Pros 1. New place 2. Clean and properly maintained 3. Good interiors 4. Decent service 5. Taste- Average 6. Probably first place serving nice Soya Chaap in Jabalpur Cons 1. Price not justified wrt to Jabalpur city and the quantity of food 2. It's unacceptable to serve Rs 150 beverage in a plastic disposal glasses. That was cheap. Period. 3.Paneer Tikka Pizza was disappointing. 4. Cheese Pav Bhaji had cheese equal to amount of Coriander. Disappointing. Overall: Great efforts in everything. Food quality, presentation and quantity must be elevated as per the price.

Really disappointed with the service. It's been an hour but they didn't delivered our food. We ordered masala chai instead they brought normal chai and when we told them that it's not masala chai they just sprinkled the masala in that chai and brought that cold chai back to us. Staff was incoperative they just went on telling just 5 minutes sir. And this is their grilled sandwich which is superbbbb. Whatta service they have.
