Excellent hospital with sensitive care of patients. Hospital have highly qualified medical and paramedical staff. It's best hospital of gorakhpur in life threatening and emergency condition.

Worst hospital in gorakhpur. Please do not come for any kind of treatment. Not a basic facilities. No Room Cleaning, No one come for change bed sheet and for bathroom cleaning. You have take your own bed sheet. Do not know who give the Authorization to open this kind of hospital.

I went there for Caesarean section delivery. I have mixed experience. Hospital is mostly clean but bit expensive. Although doctor behavior is nice but she lacks in experience. they did not care baby's navel thread and later it got infected badly. worst thing about this hospital is its canteen staff. sometimes they are rude as hell. more positive things is pharmacy, they handle crowd nicely. Manager behavior is also good. reception guys are also quick. one more thing they need to improve that doctor timing. they say that doctor come by 10:30 but she come around 1PM.

Can't rate zero. They admitted as per ayushman card, And treated like that only, they refer my patient and didn't even hand over any bill /any examination report. I asked for all reports and bill And also asked about bill. They told. "Jitna aapko jarurat hai. Utna mil jayega. Aur ayushman card se treatment karwa rhe hai to bill ka kya karenge ,kaun sa aapko pay karna. " And finally I debate with him (ayushman handler) but nothing found satisfactory. Only money Money Money. Rest of all. Your choice.

I have admitted my father to this hospital and every expense is on the insurance they have treated him like an animal just because of money and they have not given him a single tablet of medicine in the last 24 hours, I hate this place and have never gonna visit this hospital in future and at last, I have submitted money from my pocket. Worst hospital ever.

Dr is very good but staff behaviour is very poor like treatment criminal (gunda) type so I given 1 rate . And highlight staff Sanjay Singh manager is like criminal type (gunda) behaviour. Very poor experience.

Very good sarjan Dr. S.S.Shahi is a good surgeon. Him treatment is all the best and hospital facilities better . All staff are good behavior with all patients and those attendant. Thanks so much Shahi Global Hospital.
