Shahjahanpur played a great role between district Bareilly and Lucknow in the independence of India during 1857. Visited the Shaheed museum felt really satisfied and at the same time horrified to see how many of them sacrificed their lives in order to have an independent future. Every parent should visit this place once with their children and make them proud of their ancestors.

Visited on 29th January 2023 with my Wife . Awesome Place . Must visit to Remember all the History of Freedom Fighters of Shahajahanpur.
It's a very beautiful museum, very beautiful building surrounding by beautiful flower plants. This museum is completely dedicated to the martyrs. The symbols of the martyrs have been carefully kept in it. The entry fee of the museum is only Rs.20. You can make videos from outside but making videos inside the museum building is strictly prohibited.

The main Road heads to its gate , it's in front of Gandhi Faiz e aam college and adjacent to old Catholic Museum which is itself an historical place in shahjahanpur witnessed rebellious activities during the Freedom Struggle.
I will rate this place as 5 Full of historical knowledge and texts inside that Shaheed Museum. Walls painting and slogan writing are really impressive. One must come here to understand the rich history of our freedom struggle and how Shahajahanpur participated in it each manner. The contribution of Roshan Singh, Ramprasad Bismil and Ashfaqullah khan can't be forgetten. The main Road heads to its gate , it's in front of Gandhi Faiz e-aam college known as GF College and adjacent to old Catholic Museum which is itself an historical place in shahjahanpur witnessed rebellious activities during the Freedom Struggle. I will recommend you to visit here. Only 20Rs per person entry charge is payable.

Very well behaved staff and wat a beautiful and organised museum...too informative for kids...only one issue the Air conditioning was not in working and it was too hot the visit was not that pleasurable...hope it is fixed soon...
