Customer service is very rude,, disappointing. They should have little courtesy towards customers. They will be profited if customers are pleased with their service. Anyhow products are also not good. Salesman need to be educated more.. My personal view is never to visit Shah Electronics. There are hundreds of outlets available which we can choose
Please have some courtesy and respect towards customers.. I have requested for Bill and the shop keeper started talking about trust and all.. It's our right to get a bill at the time of purchase!!!!!! If the print is not working that's your problem, you need to handle, please don't make the customer suffer for that.. I. Wouldn't even give a half star.. Please think before buying products and don't get attracted to their trap product prices..
