Worst hotel I have ever visited. No water since yesterday. Inspite of multiple complaints to the reception no concrete action taken. Early morning now again no water for basic brushing and toilet too. They are giving silly reasons for the same. The give one budget of wom water from outi. Absolutely unpleasant experience. The workers have been taught to say sorry that's it. But it doesn't help when you are on a fixed plan. If we are paying the money as per your demand the service should be provided. Never gonna visit again here.
The excellent location. Staff and service. They will welcome you with smiling faces and with good josh. I was very happy with the service of the staff. Anything you ask for they will provide you. The taste of food was excellent. Specially the tea I got in the chilling December I loved most.
I had stay in this resort location is very close to dhuwadhar water fall and easy to find. The service is prompt and hygiene wise good staff is soft spoken and very friendly and quick. Quality and taste of food was very good. Good resort for family and friends highly recommend.
A lovely hotel, set in a beautiful location. The setting is very relaxing. All the hotel staff is very attentive and friendly. The restaurant food is delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff was always motivated to help us. The food was excellent, the chef ensured that our pallet needs were met.
they offered us good hospitality with a smile face during the overall stay, I would recommend this property to all category of people. and the location of this property is between falls and boating point, very much accessible to both these point within 10 min walk.
Initially very disappointed due to the shaby cottage provided booking. Later on we had to pay 1000 extra to get good cottages. Service provided by Mr. in the evening was very good. The cottage pics are not given as per category, so be careful. So don't get fooled by upgrading support given by goibibo customer support. watch outthe bonfire and the service by staff.
