"4 Star my feet. This is not even a 1 star hotel". Completely pathetic. Washrooms are dirtier than railway toilets. Filled with dirty smell and insects. No service whatsoever. No helper for luggage. Extremely rude service staff.

Wrost hotel, no amenities, most of the 5 star reviews are from staff. I will say you can find a better hotel in this price or worth it if you pay 500 more for better hotel Bad sarvice,bad nature, bad sarvice, not a good beaver conversation, waste for money, unsarvicewebal hotel

Can't give one star allso Pathetic experience ever i had. ! Not polite! Staff extremely disappointed! Geaser not working! When i started it started vibrating i got scared if I'll get current so! Will recommend you highly not to go ! I said to clean the room they it's clean only with 1000 of mud stain on flooring!

it is not a hotel it is like dumb yard.- No housekeeping staff- No room Service- No Mineral water (they are giving raw water in used bottle)- AC not working (No one listed)- No room telephone available- The room's Main door is broken at the key point and everything is visible from outside - Hot water not available in room- Water Tap is totally jamed, you have to use wrench to open Tap- All furniture in room is totally broken- At checkin point you have to carry Xerox copy otherwise you have to go to outside and do xerox they don't have printer- Free breakfast is totally third class - Restaurant is available but no one can take order because they don't have staff- after complaining about anything they just said that only one person is available in Hotel so we can not serve you.so i request everyone that do not book this Hotel by looking price there are so many other options is available. because this Hotel is not safe place for couples and Family it is only suitable to single person.

i booked this hotel for 5-7 jan 2023 where as i had to stay in town till 11 jan 2023. on 5th jan '23 i was alloted some other room. i was informed that its a corner room, room has bath tub and all i was surprised to know that hotel serves bathtub @ of rs. /- per night. as soon as i entered the room.... surprise was changed in shock... bunch of ladies hair in room, pubic hair in bathroom shabby walls, and much more. i fought with the management and got my room changed. on 7th morning i had to get my stay here extended as this place was convenient for many other reasons on the other hand i was out of hotel throughout the day and i had to take the shelter for just night so i compromised on there standard of rooms and extended my stay. a big no for visiting this hotel ever again.-main management needs to take care of the maintainance part as well as hygiene

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown (shagun residency hotel).

The room did not have functional AC. the TV did not work and there is no intercom. The worst part is that I had a 5 o'clock morning flight and there was no hot water upon calling the receptionist on a mobile number, which they provided as a replacement for the intercom the attendant had the audacity to say that the hot water may only be provided after 630, despite telling that I have a flight to catch and I will be checking out right now. While all of this is happening, Let's not forget that I was not able to sleep the whole night because of 1 million mosquitoes in my room.

This is very pathetic experience I have. No service, Rooms Condition are very worst, lift not working properly, not guest service. I suggest not to book this.
