The management and the staffs are extremely friendly.. The gym owner Dipan Da, is just a awesome person! He is extremely friendly and will show you proper ways of workout personally at times..Best Trainers are available over here.. Best Gym in Habra.. I highly recommend this Gym for all Fitness Freaks..Happy Body building!!!!

This Gym is really good, there behaviour are also good. Inside the gym they have enough equipment for exercise.They have trainers for guidance but I feel that the trainers should be more attending & look after those who are (new and don't know what to do). Because of that issue I'm not going to give a 5star rating..........I hope they pay more attentive to those who are new in the future.

I need to share this with all of you guys. 01. Shadow has been awesome to me. Their trainers are exceptional, the overall vibe is great and I have had nothing but good experiences. I definitely recommend them to my friends and family. 02. Amazing personal trainers (Janu Kuri) and complete, clean gym. Would highly recommend! 03. Hands down, best choice I've made training at Shadow. VERY friendly team and specially the Gym Owner (Dipan da) who make me actually want to go train. I look forward to walking through the doors and always feel amazing when I leave. 04. This is a fantastic gym!! All the trainers are super nice and take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you're at. I really like how they give me tips and tricks to get the most out of every workout. I've joined this Gym 5 Months ago with 116 KG weight, my Personal Trainer (janu) and Owner cum Big bro ( Dipan Da) helped me and guided me alot. Right now my weight is 88KG. All thanks goes to Shadow Unisex Gym, Habra and his whole Team. Thank you very much for saving my life.
Satisfied service and positive approach by trainer. Very good gym in Habra. result oriented exercise also. Trainer Aritra Kundu is very good person as well as training part also. This is the perfect place to get in shape.

Gym trainer is really unprofessional. Plus the environment inside is also negative for exercising, boys and girls make their group and only giggle. Space inside the gym is also very less due to which it feels too crowded. I strongly recommend against joining this gym.
