Dined at Shabree almost 8 years back when I came new to Pune. Loved the food at that time and loved it now too. Simple food tasted good and the quantity was perfect to ask for more. The service was excellent The place needs a lift up, some decor or good lights to make it look more lively.

It is the best restaurant for Maharashtrian food. We went there around 1 pm. There were 15-20, minutes waiting but it was worth it. They serve unlimited thali. They serve seasonal food. Today we had kddhii, aluucii paatl bhaajii, vaaNgyaacii bhaajii, pitthlN, ddaal, chole bhaajii, phruutt custurd, gvhaacii laapshii, biitt koshiNbiir, bhaakrii, cpaatii, thaaliipiitth, bttaattaa bhaajii, bhaat(both msaale aanni saadhaa) they asked if you want tuup on top of rice. This thali was very very delicious. They serve buttermilk also but this is not unlimited. But all the above I listed is unlimited. I loved it. If you skip or have a little breakfast you can have that thali. Because there was so much in it. I never had this kind of pure maharashtrian veg thali before. In other restaurants all they serve is Paneer as vegetarian food. I don't want to compare but still. Service is very nice. They call every name of food in marathi while serving. Also they ask again if you want anything or not. That was lovely. This restaurant has antiquey look.

Authentic Maharashtrian food. We drive all the way from Navi Mumbai to Pune to have this food.

A Get-together at Shabri. Being a Maharashtrian and a Punekar we came to eat Maharashtrian thali. It was Quite Surprising for me. But that Surprise Gift turned out to be great. The Thali which we got served was full of "Panch Pakwan" Pithla, Bhendi, Kadhi, Harbara, Sev bhaji and 2-3 veggies don't knw the names The Sabjis was not upto the mark as I was comparing it with my Ghar ka Khana and also the main Sabji was missing "Vanga"(Baingan) it is the typical Sabji in Maharashtra. We got served 2 Sweet Dishes Gulabjammun and Rabdi. Loved the Rabdi Go for it not too sweet. We can have option for Chapati and Bhakri. And for Rice they served us Veg Biryani(veg pulav) and white rice with Ghee on the top. The Rice was Okayish. We were also served Mirchi Bhaji, Batata Bhaji, and Dhokla. For Spicy experience there was Mirchi Kharda - Red Chilli and Green Chili wala Ambience is Good But not Spacious. Photogenic I think food quality can be improve can give 3.5 star but not got this option.

This gem is one of Pune's finest restaurants, serving delicious and authentic Maharashtrian food at affordable prices. The service is fast and friendly, and the different seating options both inside and outside provide a great dining experience. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to try Maharashtrian cuisine for the first time. It's definitely worth a visit for an authentic dining experience with great food

Overall one of the nice place to relish on authentic maharashtrian thali. Service is prompt and place is clean and hygienic. Also good for small family together if we book in advance.

This is one of the best restaurant known for authentic Maharashtrian thali. You only get thali here. We enjoyed the thali and the spread but thee masale bhat on that day was not tasted like a typical Maharashtrian taste. One suggestion for them is that a item buttermilk which will not cost them sky is limited to one serving? All other items are unlimited. Couldn't understand the logic. Ambience is good.

Terrible Service and Dismissive Staff - Avoid this Restaurant! I recently visited this restaurant with high hopes for their unlimited thali offer, priced at a 400Rs. However, my experience was nothing short of disappointing, and I feel compelled to share my negative encounter. First and foremost, the service was abysmal. Despite being promised an unlimited thali, my friend and I had to repeatedly ask the staff if we wanted a refill, and even then, we had to wait for an excruciating 10-15 minutes each time. It felt like a constant battle just to receive what was supposed to be an unlimited offering. To add insult to injury, the restaurant refused to serve us any sweets until the very end of our meal. Even after requesting them twice, no one bothered to bring any to our table. It was frustrating and left a sour taste in our mouths. Moreover, throughout our visit, multiple waiters incessantly kept bringing finger bowls to our table. It seemed as though they were more concerned about providing unnecessary finger bowls than attending to their customers' actual needs. This unnecessary distraction only further hindered our dining experience. The pinnacle of our disappointment came when, without any consent or prior discussion, one waiter abruptly removed our thali from the table while placing a finger bowl in front of us. It was a clear display of disregard for our satisfaction and comfort. Even when we brought this issue to the attention of the manager and cashier, they displayed a shocking lack of concern, responding with a nonchalant "okay." Plz visit at your own risk
