First time travelling to Pune by shabnam travel which was very vad experience as they show A/C sleeper Travel but requesting lot of time than they re still giving the useless excuse like if we turn on the A/c than bus will reach late such kind of pathetic reply from bus management and driver bus no 7804

If there is half star option is available then I would prefer to give half star instead of one star. Bus condition is good but the bus operator and staff was very rude. They don't have the manners of talking with passengers. I have faced this experience during travelling from Pune to osmanabad.

Very bad experience. Lights and music continues on till the morning. Driver and service provider not respond on many time requests. Don't prefer this travel if you plan to next day office work. Date 14 Dec 2020. Vehicle no 8886 nilanga to pune

They provide the best service. Shabanam buses reach in pune earlier as compare to other buses,so you can take a quick nap before going your job. Their buses always pick and drop on time. Buses are really in good conditions.

Very bad experience. The scheduled drop time was 6:20am at swargate but a lady passenger was dropped 4:15 am which is 2hrs before scheduled time. Really had a very bad time that day in Dec 18. The driver was explaining the stupid reason of traffic police problem in city which was absolutely not acceptable.

i traveled on 05/02/16 from pune to nilanga. bus quality is very good. staff behavior was not good. bus shows A/C sleeper. but its ONLY SLEEPER NOT A/C A/C IS AVAILABLE in the bus but they not run. passenger please think before booking there r many potions available with A/C bus @500

The traveling with shabnam is too much expensive. At least 600 rs will be charged to travel from nilanga to Pune with the semi sleeper sitting
