Shabab Bait Al Mandi - Barbecue restaurant in Hyderabad - Hyderabad, India

Nowadays you find mandi restaurants in every corner of the city, but have you ever wondered what is the real taste of Arabian mandi? Those who have been working in Gulf countries might tell you how the authentic Arabian mandi tastes. I happened to visit this mandi restaurant near king kothi, but was very disappointed with the service and taste. Though ambience was okay, but the rates were exorbitant perhaps it's due to the high profile area.

I ordered chicken Mandi and the food was good but I have some major complaints. Service was extremely lacking, I literally had to chase after the guys to attend to our party properly. Second the food was cold and the thumbs up was warm and not chilled. But most of all that I didn't like was the hygiene of the hand wash. It was extremely dirty and there was no separate hand wash for ladies. On the same note, the curtain they have is no use because it doesn't cover the holes and everyone can see inside, making it completely pointless. The manager was nice and understanding when I voiced my concerns, but major changes need to be made regarding staff.

I ordered fish mandi, rice was very tasty but fish was extremely oily and food served cold; otherwise would've rated 5 stars coz quantity was good..other thing is restaurant could've been tidier, the handwash area was very dirty

I recently had dinner here, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The food served seemed stale, and regrettably, it led to a severe case of food poisoning. The service was not up to the point. I ordered mutton mandi and grill fish, and upon the first bite, it tasted good thought, but it was evident that the ingredients were not fresh. shortly after, I began experiencing symptoms of food poisoning. This has been an incredibly unpleasant ordeal, affecting my other 2 friends who dined with me suffering more severe food poisoning, vomits and loose motions. I believe it's crucial to share this experience with others to raise awareness about the potential risks associated with dining at this place. I strongly advise exercising caution if you decide to visit. The floor on which you sit is also very dirty. This place needs to be inspected. Will definitely raise a complain to the higher authority when I get well

Visited this place recently with my friend in hunt of mutton Mandi. Food is better than good, tasty. But the service is slow. U have to wait around 30min to get food. Rest all good.

I visited this place when I was in Hyderabad. It's in Bashir Baug area on the main road. Parking is possible but only 2-3 vehicles can accommodate as it's on main road. I was with my friends family. We ordered chicken hara bhara kabab and Chicken Mandi for 3 persons. Mandi is basically arabic style of making Biryani. I must say the taste was awesome. First time I tried Mandi and was delighted with its taste and aroma. This restaurant has two types of sitting arrangements one is standard table and chair and other is ground sitting with small tables. I recommend this restaurant for its different types of Mandi. The service is bit slow otherwise all good.

Good ambience, private seating available. Good service and wide variety of items are available. But the food itself is not up to the mark. Average taste. Reasonable prices and food quantity is more. .

Food was awesome and staff was very fast n polite in service... Ambience was great available late nite that's the best part.. I recommend every one try all dishes specially Afghani chicken mutyon n platters... Thankyou
