One of the worst food. Chicken Guntur was like lemon Chicken and it's for 255rs. Even road side ppl cook better. Mutton pepper dry was not cooked properly, had to leave it as it is. Their name is only royal and food is below footpath par. And it's expensive too. Kindly request others not to try or even to think about it.

Food served was not hot and when i asked next order to bring hot one,in a polite way they said we have dine in at odd time and it was around 5 pm .. i have never seen any Restaurant serving the normal temperature food specially when it comes to biryani ,no matter at what time the customer dine's in food served should be hot. Other than that it good in service .

We went there for buffet, food was just okay and also limited variety in veg as well as non veg. Also no one was there except us.

Prawn pepper fry was good . And chicken kalmi was average tasted. Tandoori roti is also good. Overall I would say they must have more pieces in their dish . I ordered chicken gravy item half plate it contains only 3 small pieces of chicken and costs high.

I had visited for a take away so I won't comment on the dining experience. I just wanted to try their Mandi. To warn everybody out there, it's nowhere close to Mandi. I am not sure if they even know what Mandi is and what spices goes into making an authentic Mandi. The dish did not even qualify to be Briyani. And the quantity that I got for 1400/- (full mutton mandi) was shameful. Not sure of other cuisines they serve here but NEVER EAT THIER MANDI!!! Meat was not even cooked. PATHETIC!!

No doubt that the taste is unmatchable but you have to wait in very long queues. First for placing the order best chicken biryani and Mandi collect it. There are not enough spaces to sit that's food good. Prices are very good and cheap best family restaurant in City

1ST VISIT Amazing food! The paneer was so soft, and the caramel custard was pretty good! Only thing that was a drawback was that the service was slow! But an amazing place! Will surely visit again. 2ND VISIT Went here again with more friends and the food just "looked" good. Everything was sweetish in taste, and the service was slower than the last time. And the staff were not very friendly. Our sizzler , which some people had recommended us to take, was the worst of all! The rice was sweet and half cooked, and the waiter said that they don't serve it! Dragon chicken was supposed to "spicy" according to the waited but was sweetish. The standards are going down.

This is a recommended place to get a good meal at a very cheap price in shaahi family restaurant. The chicken biryani are amazing. They use real chicken and not the usual processed ground up whatevers of other fast food chains. Best family restaurant in City
