Big story small,BK jewelers is not transparent when it comes to exchanging the old jewelry and buying a new one.For my last transaction,they deducted 18 percent of the total amount as well as did not consider the latest gold rate.Due to which I had to pay a good additional amount on the new jewellery. I did the same transaction in Kharghar, which was much more fair and transparent as well as profitable for a consumer perspective. So guys please be very careful whenever you plan to exchange your old gold at BK jewelers.
The shop is really good, they have lot of good design and collection..They have traditional as well as latest delicate jewellery.They also take orders as per customer needs.. The owner and staff of this shop are very friendly.
Very very bad experience at Sha BK jewelers. Kalyan west.They sell the gold at higher price than the market price .No transparency at all.Please cross check the market rates before buying from here if you don't want to be fooled by them.Later on They give lame exuses of making price and wat not!!
