Stay was for 12 hrs,i couldn't experience abt the service,Rooms were clean and neat. The staff is polite and helpful.If your stay is less than a day ,we can prefer sgs residency
Hotel is ok i booked it previously then it is gud but now there need to provide hot water, doormats, fans to be cleaned properly very much dust is there, washbasin is not cleaned and has to provide gud bedsheets n blankets with razak due to rainy and winter seasons.
Giving two stars,since staffs are very polite and helpful. But there rest are not worth it. Location might show it's near tirupati railway station.But there is a road block which requires us to walk over 1.5km to reach this place
Very average rooms. If you're planning with family don't come here. Ideal for bachelors. They won't give proper blankets also . We need to ask everything form them. Also the rooms are very small we booked 800rs room for one day which is too small and they charged extra 500rs for early checkin . Pick this place if you don't have any other options. But strictly not for those coming with familes. Good thing is it is in middle of Tirupathi city and you can get easy access to all places and nearby govindaraja swamy temple and also very near to the railway station.
A little messy in finding location, but rooms are good, affordable, book online if u want less prize, otherwise offline prices differ.
Budget hotel distance from station is 300-400 meter, surrounded by restaurants and lot of shops for shopping and you can visit the temple nearby which is ancient temple.Hotel is away from crowd Ac&Nonac available.

We booked a one day stay at tirupati over here . Very cheap and nominal price . After arrival Manager was so friendly and even guided us to Temple. Room was neat and clean . Would come and stay here again . This residency hotel is so close to the temple and also very safe for family .
