No concerns with the facilities of the hospital but Dr. Bapinder Singh, MBBS MD, is so rude and arrogant. He does not have any sense to talk to the patients. Patients who visit this place are mostly from nearby villages and do not have pertinent knowledge of the things, and the way in which this doctor talks to them is hugely disheartening. He keeps on insulting them in front of other patients which not only deteriorates their mental health but also physical health. He does not have the sense to talk to the staff of the hospital. I have witnessed many times when he keeps on demotivating nurses and ward boys of the hospital. Management needs to look after this and take the required action for the betterment of people.
Most disgusting hospital and staff specially dr. Bhupinder singh 3no. Room... Dont evwn know how to talk to a patient.. Worst
I have bad experience in this hospital the staff is very bad no body listen im waiting in OPD 3 hour but doctor is not coming in this hospital medicine is to much costly i hardly recommend don't come in this hospital
Everything is excellent here except -Long waiting time and long queues at the medical store almost everyday and it results in wastage of tons of everyone's time. - Nursing staff is working overdrive and overtaxing their energies. It seems that it is due to shortage of nursing staff.
in subhanpur Nursing Staff is not good they don't provide appropriate care or treatment.they sit always in nursing station and chit chat with ward helper .if we ask them to give medicine to pt they misbehave and said we have also other work or patient. They don't understand emergency problem of pt .they delay treatment of pt for 4_5 hour until you remember them 10 time .so I request management to please give some etiquette to them.they treat patient like animal.
The doctors are qualified. The staff is well behaved. The MRI scan may take a full day. Canteen is decent and you'll get Samosa and machine tea. Enough Parking available for bikes and cars. Budget friendly facility but keep enough time on your hands when visiting.
We have been using services of SGL Hospital Subhanpur for quite some time. Both doctor Bapinder and doctor Pandher have successfully treated our family and we thank them for their services. Lab and scanning services are also good and staff provides reports at the committed timings. Hospital is quite affordable too and easy on the pocket for economically weaker sections of society.
