Very Toxic environment. Most dangerous and venomous people are working here. Moorthy is one of the worst and useless person in cell 3. He just ruined the total Akzonobel team. Sgk better to terminate this kind of person from the organisation.
Very good place to work, and i have seen many people complaining about the company. It all depends upon the Manager and TL and there are several teams available there...... this is company best for freshers to learn and shine.
Seriously one of the worst corporate SGK company. No proper training, guidance and nothing.we have to work more than 10 12 hrs to achieve 8 hours time tracking and that's the company strategy too. This company will suit only for the proper boomer guys who settled for long years and doing nothing. If we asked any doubts to them it will take 2 days to reply or sometimes not. They will previously booked the job and let not allowed others to take the job for their surviving strategy. In HR induction she will nicely explain about the company rules and all but when we discuss some concerns regarding company issues she will not accept and she said that ur personal issues. Guys be alert with the warning I have mentioned above and if you wanna join this company make sure to join with very high salary package because u have to work 10 12 hrs and will get only 8 hrs salary. 3 year before It was a good MNC. Now its a worst company when compared to other companies. If you join here, you will not get the proper training and guidance. But you have to give them 100% productivity without errors. There is no job secure. Main thing is you won't get the training so most of the peoples are absconded from the office.
